Anointed For Vengeance

Words In Season:
"It is the day the jungle needs to be cleared for farming that we remember a sharp cutlass, it is on the day the battle is hot that we remember a stubborn die hard son"
African Proverb

Bearing:
"And the watchman told, saying, He came even unto them, and cometh not again: and the driving is like the driving of Jehu the son of Nimshi; for he driveth furiously."
✝ 2 Kings 9:20

Bottomline:
Oe of the laws in the book, 48 Laws Of Power, instructed us to create a specific charateristic identity to be known for if possible notorious for. Either in the way we walk, dress or act.
In those days if one is looking for a reckless driver with a knack for overspeeding in Isreal, Jehu the son of Nimshi is the one. A man of fiery temper and aggression. An aggression that got tranfered to the way he dangerously drives his chariot. So that when you see from a long distance a chariot approaching being driven with furious agressive speed, know that Jehu the son of Nimshi is behind the wheels! More of a ganster and of course a gang leader.
More of an "area boy" in todays's setting in Lagos. Yet God found him fit and chose him for this specific assignment.
A specific assignment to execute God's fiery judgement upon the house of Ahab.
After God raised a fiery prophet with a fiery temperament - Elijah the Tishbite to face Ahab's regime, God needs an equally fiery king, with an equally fiery temperament to execute every fiery prophecy of Elijah against the house of Ahab to the last letters!
Jehu the "area boy" leader of area boys came handy for the "plum" job.
Even the young prophet that anointed Jehu as king was warned and instructed to run for his dear life after pouring oil on his head! Because Jehu can be unpredictable!
God can take any attribute of a man and turn it around to his advantage.
Jehu was fiery and ruthless to the core. And that was the kind of man God needs for the hour to execute His judgments as Elijah an equally fiery prophet proclaimed on the house of Ahab.
There is nobody God can't use no matter how bad he may seem to look in the eyes of men.
Therefore write not off yourself today, even if men write you off.
Your day will come when you will perfectly fit into a divine agenda of God. When you will be exactly what and all that God needs for the moment and for the job at hand. And He will use you and showcase you to your world.
And that is why God is not waiting for you to be perfect but to come just as you are. According to Hebrews 11:6, all he that comes to God need is to "must believe..."
Where do we go from here?
No man is beyond redemption. No matter how bad his case may.
Now matter how bad your case may, our earthly lawyers here will never tell you have a bad case when you bring a matter to them. Because their legal fees is at stake!
But here we have an Advocate with The Father, Whose legal fees is not at stake but all out to defend you pro bono, for the sake of His everlasting love for you. And get you discharged and acquitted for any sin you may have ever committed and their consequence.
Come unto Jesus today. He was the One that invited you when He said 'come unto Me....' Therefore heed His invitation and come unto Him believing. And He will save you and fit you in perfectly into a slot and role specifically designed for you in life.
